Cancellation and Refund At IIOF, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. For cancellations after 24 hours but before shipment, we’ll process a refund minus any administrative fees incurred. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible; however, you may return the item following our return policy. For refunds on returned items, the product must be in its original packaging and condition, without signs of use or damage. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
